About your instructor:  Colleen Gondolfi, Master Herbalist, M.S. in Complementary and Alternative Medicine and owner of Blooming Artichoke Herbary, is a plant geek. Over the past couple decades she has indulged her passion through growing and using herbs. She expanded her skills through study and teaching the uses of medicinal plants.
