Achillea filipendulina

Yellow yarrow is a lovely perennial for the garden.  It grows to approximately 4 feet tall, producing golden flowers and fern-like foliage.  A more decorative yarrow than Achillea millefolium, but traditionally used in a similar way for colds and flu, as a vulnerary and styptic.  The plant will tolerate some neglect and is a great one for attracting pollinators.  Deer resistant.
